Meet Cody Vincitore.

A litigator through and through, he represents families and children all across Central Florida in asserting their educational, family, and criminal rights, sheparding them through the most stressful parts of their lives with compassion and an eye towards good outcomes.

He has lived in Horizon West and the greater West Orange community for almost a decade. Before he made the decision to go to law school, Cody received an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida (GKCO!) and spent six years in the United States Navy. It is these two experiences that shaped his love for his current practice.

Cody spent time both in law school and right after, honing his skills in the courtroom as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. There, he prosecuted all manner of misdemeanor and felony offenses and has significant juvenile experience related to juvenile delinquency hearings and rehabilitation programs.

Cody maintains an active presence in the Orange County and Florida Bar Associations and is a 2026-2027 Florida Bar Criminal Law Section Fellow, one of four young attorneys selected from across the state to develop bar association leadership.
